I certify that I am familiar with the Rules and Regulations and Operating Procedures pertaining to the Greenbriar at Whittingham Community.  I also further state that I am familiar with the resale/rental/transfer procedures and understand that it is my responsibility to make certain that all Rules and Regulations and Operating Procedures pertaining to the Greenbriar at Whittingham Community are followed with the sale and/or rental of the above-referenced property.  A deposit check, payable to “WHOA”, in the amount of $500.00 shall be submitted to Management as soon as my home is under contract. Upon return of all the following items this $500 deposit will be refunded to me after the closing of my property.

I understand that it is my responsibility to return to Management the following prior to closing of title:

1. Resident ID Card(s)

2. Pool passes (2 green resident passes and 2 red guest passes OR 1 green resident pass, 2 red guest passes, and 1 yellow temporary resident pass);

3. One (1) wristband per primary resident; and

4. Trash Toter and Recycle Toter

I will advise Management as soon as a closing date has been scheduled along with closing agent information.
