Each resident is entitled to the issuance of one (1) wristband. Owners of leased properties are not entitled to wristband, thus if an owner of a home/unit, who had been a resident, should decide to lease or rent his/her home/unit, the owner negates his/her/their right to utilize the Comfort Station.  These wristbands are not loanable or assignable unless the home or unit is being sold or rented/leased.  The replacement cost of a lost or damaged wristband shall be $25.00.

Full-Time, Live-In Home Health Aides are entitled to the issuance of one (1) wristband upon application of such by the resident.  It is the sole responsibility of the resident to notify Management of any change in the full-time, live-in home health aide.  Furthermore, should a full-time, live-in home health aide no longer be needed, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to return the wristband to Management; failure to do so will result in a $25.00 processing fee.  The same terms shall apply to full-time, live-in home health aides in that wristbands are not loanable or assignable.  Full-time, live-in aides must accompany the primary resident that he/she is caring for and will be issued a wristband in accordance with his/her employer’s last name

Violations.  Residents and/or full-time, live-in home health aides found, via surveillance video or resident complaint, to have allowed a non-resident or a resident not in compliance with his/her scheduled access time will be deemed in violation and may be subject to a $25.00 fine and an appearance before the WHOA Covenants Committee.
