II:2-3 TENNIS
II:2.3.01 Administration: Management will supervise method and procedures for the registration, court number, and time slot of the residents and their guests.
II:2-3.02 Hours of Operation
(1) 7:30 a.m. to Noon – Residents Only
(2) Noon to 6:00 p.m. – Residents and/or guests accompanied by residents
(3) 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
(A) Residents and/or guests accompanied by residents
(B) Separate reservations for the lighted courts
II:2-3.03 Court Selection and Playing Time:
(1) Singles and Doubles not to exceed 90 minutes of play time.
(2) Resident must submit names of all players in their group.
(3) Registered players will be assigned to courts and given playing times. A lottery system is used if reservations exceed capacity.
(4) 'Replacement' players must be registered with Management.
(5) Reservations will be forfeited if play does not start within 15 minutes of specified time.
(6) Forfeited courts and 'open' courts will become ''free play' on a first come basis.
II:2-03.04 Rules of Play:
(1) Only tennis players are permitted on the courts.
(2) Players are responsible for keeping the courts free of trash.
(3) No one can eat or bring food on the courts. Water in non-breakable water containers is the only exception.
(4) All players must wear proper attire (i.e., tops, bottoms, and sneakers or tennis shoes).
(5) Violation of the rules can lead to the loss of playing privileges, as determined by Management.
(6) All of the above rules apply to all players.
